Year 3 Science

We did a live lesson today where we joined many other schools across the UK to celebrate science ! We listened to authors who wrote books with a scientific theme and as a class we discussed questions such as … If you were going to re write fairy tale how would you twist it to involve science. We had many answers including the Little Mermaid being a scientist and many versions of Little Red Riding Hood ! It was great to see a link between books and science.
