High Level Teaching Assistants

Our high level teaching assistants [HLTAs] work across school teaching classes when teachers have planning, preparation, and assessment time [PPA], if teachers have leadership responsibilities or in the event of a teacher’s absence. This provides excellent capacity to cover classes in the event of absence with staff who are trained in school systems and know the children and curriculum extremely well. As well as this, you may see HLTAs working within classes and on a one-to-one basis to close individual learning gaps in phonics, reading, writing and maths.
