F1

Hello everyone.

We are the team who will be working in F1. Our class will be called ‘Mrs Chant’s F1 Busy Bees’. The class teacher will be Mrs Chant, supported by Mrs Pape and Mrs Brittle. Here is a little bit of information about each of us for you to get to know us a little bit better

! Hello, my name is Mrs Chant and I have been an Early Years teacher at Wath C of E for the last 5 years. I have a 5 year old step daughter and a 2 year old little boy. We love visiting the seaside, going on trips to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, visiting Wentworth Garden Centre and visiting new and exciting places together. My favourite animals are lions and tigers. I love cats! Once you start at school you will soon notice that I love bees too! When my children are with their grandparents I love visiting the cinema to watch films and reading books. My favourite film is The Lion King and my favourite books are ‘Peter Pan’ and ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’.  I think that reading is so important. We will read lots of stories together and I will recommend lots of my favourite stories to your grown-ups.  My favourite drink is a cup of tea, with a chocolate biscuit to dunk into it.

Wath CofE on re-gaining their Platinum Award!

It is clear to see from the application that they are an active school with a clear plan in place to make sure children meet their daily active minutes. They have also undertaken pupil voice  to help shape their school sport offer and to make sure the school engages a wide range of children in their break times and clubs taking place prior, during and after school. As well as embedded physical literacy and "sporting excellence" throughout their school.

Well done Team CofE!
